Sue is an experienced attorney with over thirty years working in the criminal justice system. She retired from the Erie County District Attorney’s Office in March of 2023. For most of her last seven years in the DA’s Office, she was a member of the Vehicular Crimes Bureau. That bureau is responsible for prosecuting all the Felony level Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Ability Impaired By Drugs cases, as well as all serious injury and fatal accidents for the entire county. Through her work there, Sue obtained an expertise in those cases. She is particularly experienced in Driving While Ability Impaired By Drugs, having prosecuted hundreds of cases. Sue is one of the most experienced attorneys in all of Western New York when it comes to interpreting toxicology reports and understanding the examination performed by Drug Recognition Experts. Sue believes every individual is important and will work very hard to ensure that clients cases have the best possible outcomes.
